Spinny - Scam done by Spinny Unsafe vehicle sales

I am a middle class person, working since more than ** years and I finally decided to get a second hand "dream" car because I had a new born baby in family, I trusted this well known platform called Spinny which widely advertises their trust element and I finally narrowed down on a car with advise from close friends/family.
The car I got is ETIOS LIVA VD which is known for good mileage and durability. After driving for a few months, less than ****KMs driven, I realized something was feeling too off about the vehicle whenever i went in small road humps/potholes even slowly, it was making lot of noise. I then decided to give the car for General checkup at Toyota authorized care centre, and I was so shocked that I had been scammed :
*. Engine oil- third class quality was added in my car. Where as spinny person assured me it was good recommended engine oil added to car.
*. Tyres were completely worn out - where as spinny person assured that tires will run more for **** to *****Kms easily.
*. Extreme cabin noise inside the car while driving.
*. They put so much pressure while buying the car and dont allow proper test drives.
*. Suspensions they have put in the car is third class, aftermarket, local suspension in the front and the back suspension are gone.
Total cost I have paid to spinny trusting their assurance aspect is *.* Lac INR. Now they are not providing any support, once they sent a local third party mechanic for basic inspection and even He lied to me saying everything is good in the car.

Total cost only for * suspension repair is coming to around **,***INR rupees(approx).

Total cost for servicing vehicle is coming upto **,***INR(Approx).

Now if I take a life risk for my family and me and not change the tires which will cost another **,*** to **,***rupees.

Please help me how to approach this issue, Im heartbroken as I had invested all my savings and took loan also to buy this second hand car, but I feel i have been terribly scammed.
