On **st December ****, I placed an order on Flipkart for JBL STAGE A**** Multi Class AB Car Amplifier (Order ID OD******************). On *nd January ****, the product was delivered (**:** AM). When I opened the package, inside the JBL amplifier box there was two used Sony speakers. By **:**AM, I made a request with Flipkart saying I received the wrong product and need a replacement (IN*******************). On *th Jan ****, Flipkart rejected my request saying "We’d like to let you know that your return request could not be fulfilled by the seller as their courier partner has confirmed delivery of the item in your order with order id OD****************** with the product being intact."
Then I had to contact there customer care and they from there end placed a replacement order again, but the same thing happened again. Till now I haven't received my money or my product.
