SBI ***** BILASPUR, DIST:YAMUNA NAGAR - ******
wrongly merged a personal loan account with my profile, after many requests it was delinked but still, they are continuing reporting me as defaulter to Cibil and Experian, this is not rectified even after multiple calls and mail. Now branch manager of the branch has started calling me back saying that I should not bother him about it and if I call him again consequences will not be good.
SBI LHOCHA Chandigarh branch is doing only one help - forwarding my mails to concerned branch which never reads my mails and abuses me if I call and explain them the issue, standard reply is do whatever you want but we will not investigate this matter as we don't have time to talk to you.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
