There is an unauthorised transaction of an amount of **,*** by a fraudster having account number *********** in State bank of India . I have raised a complaint in the cyber crime portal & the account was put on hold by the cyber crime team. It's been ** days since I have filed a complaint but no resolution happened. MY BANK HDFC asked charge back request (return of amount from fraudster SBI account to my hdfc account ). But SBI not responding to this chargeback request. This SBI IS ENCOURAGING FRAUDSTERS.
The HDFC bank has replied to me that SBI bank was not responding to the charge back request,
