I have order an pant from Ajio on July *th and it got delivered on July **th but I received wrong product so I have raised an return request but it got failed due to quality check. So again I have raised the return request on July **th the item got picked up from my location but till now I haven't received my refund. The status in the app shows the product needs to pass the quality check. Before returning they said once the order is picked refund will be credited to your account. But till now I haven't received any refund. I tried checking with courier tracking it shows received in the facility but there is no update on this.
