Paytm - Same electricity bill paid twice from two debit cards through Paytm

My same electricity bill has been paid twice from two of my debit card through Paytm...After showing failed no. of times through my first debit card I tried by the second one and it showed me succeded but later on I came to know after balance enquiry that it deducted from both the card...Now after lot phn calls Paytm has not been refunding my money since last more than a month.....pls help me.
