I've booked an order from Snapmint. The delivery partner for the order is shadowfax. I've received communication that shadowfax picked the order from the merchant and is in transit. It is supposed to be delivered on **th September. But it's been * week. I didn't receive my courier. And no person is available for the communication to raise a complaint. All the time an automated call is connected. They are asking for details. once the details are entered the call is disconnected automatically. I've ordered the package for my friend. It's really pressure for me at the situation that it is not delivered. The blame is coming on me. I need a resolution for this. Please Help me in this.
