Sadabahar Essentials - Sadabahar threatening to hold my parcel till I delete my complaint from internet

I lodged a complaint about Sadabahar Essentials who took advance payment of ***** rs for some products and even after one month, I didn't receive dispatch details. She blocked me on calls and does not reply on whatsapp.

Now she's threatening to hold my parcel till I delete my complaint from internet.
I will go to police for this cybercrime and decieving customer.

Take strict action against her and Sadabahar page on instagram.
