Sadabahar Essentials - Dispatch details of package not updated after 1 month

I had placed an order with Sadabahar Essentials Instagram page on **th July, ****. They took ***** advance payment with *** shipping but when I asked them where are my dispatch details after some * week... They stopped responding.. she has blocked me on whatsapp and calls also. She switched off her phone.. it's almost close to a month now with no details. I feel cheated.
