Sadabahar Essentials - No Response after Payment

I made a purchase from Sadabahar Essentials business (found on Instagram). Jiya, the person who handles whatsapp number +** ********** of this business provided me multiple options for packages. I have ordered a hair kit worth of ***** rs and paid this amount through bank account transfer. After making the payment, there is no response on WhatsApp from Jiya. I have called them and messaged them multiple times but there is no response despite multiple followups and requests. Sadabahar Essentials is looting hard-earned money from people who are looking for solution for their hair problems. They are doing this by showing some fake pictures, photos, videos, and reviews. Please take appropriate action on this team to provide the refund back to my account.
