Sadabahar essentials - Order doesn t match claims

I ordered a **th month supply of body whitening kit and hair growth kit at **** per kit from the Instagram handle https://instagram.com/sadabahar.essentials?igshid=ago*t*zd*ir on **th of July( upi is ************) They confirmed that the order will be sent as a single shipment after I sent them proof of payment.As I did not hear from them after that, I did some research (very delayed) and found out that many users on the internet have claimed that the business is a scam.And so I send messages and email to cancel the order and refund .After ** days of no response ,they inform me that I have yet to pay shipping charges of a whopping *** rs(not mentioned earlier) otherwise the courier company will not hand over the parcel.I assumed that the order had been shipped and I just need to pay the courier , so requested a tracking number and as usual I do not get a reply.Increasing frustrated by the possibility of losing my money and their horrible customer service, I paid the courier charges to them.I received my order on **August **** .The outer packaging was bent out of shape and the oil had soaked the box.Imagine my shock when I see the contents -about ***ml of oil in *.* plastic bottles,* containers of some beige powder and * container of some grey powder -no labels and no instructions - for *****rs. I immediately contacted them on WhatsApp and Instagram for clarity and as usual no replies.They have blocked me on instagram.I requested a refund and I have not heard from them.During the pandemic when one is working for lower salary and is in constant fear of being made redundant,this is a severe financial blow and has made me lose my faith in humanity
