Reliance smart point store - rude lady staff and did not allow in store before store closer time

In Reliance, smart point store at *:**, the lady staff did not allow me into the store before store closing time, **:** pm. When I requested here, she said only no we are closing, now she replied, then I said what is the store closing time in She said *:** is closer to my count and there was no reply. When I asked where was that written on the time sheet, we both argued for * minutes and were rude to each other. but the important was what is store timing and why is store get close early every day , and top of that also can argue saying come and complain to my manager next day morning at *:** am where store time is **am to ** pm , i need apologize from the staff. And fixed the store timing .
