Dear, Sir/Mam I have been gone today to Shop in Your's Reliance Smart Point (Islampur,West Bengal ******. When the billing time came they told me to give RS *. extra charge for a carry bag. And according to court you can't force me to take charge for carrybag. And there behaviour towards me was very bad.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
