Reliance smart point store - Lack of knowledge

We visited zirakpur reliance smart store around *:** am on ** October and we purchased our groceries from them regularly but the staff is not trained and they don’t know the current offers whats going on in store and false advertisement is going on in store as they are showing cash back on SBI cards and they said they don't know anything about it and staff is rude they don’t know how to treat with customer . I need strict action against it and i want my cash back of my purchase. I need a strict action against the store otherwise I have to seek legal advice.
