Reliance smart point store - Rude behaviour of the staff

Today **/**/**** at about *:**pm I went to reliance smart point nagoan assam and asked the security staff if they accept upi transaction and he told me that they do so i proceeded with my grocery shopping.When i went to the billing counter i told the casier i would pay with upi....he told me we don't accept it then i told me the security guard told me otherwise so i confronted them....furthermore the casier also replied with as I'm the casier i decide how i take payments and the security guard is third-party so i'm not responsible for what he said .So i left the store as i lost almost * hr in shopping but in the end cudn't buy anything.The audacity of the cashier really shocked me.This is MENTAL HARASSMENT and i want strict action to be taken against the casier.For a brand like "RELIANCE" the hospitality of the staff should be there because u have a reputation to keep . And if such behaviour continues then the day isn't far when the store closes.Nothing more to say just unacceptable
behaviour from the staff.Please teach ur employers/staff humanity before anything else.
