Uber India - Rude behaviour of Driver and refund of trip cancelled by driver

I had booked uber car for my office colleague at around *.** pm at dadar, she wants to travel to kalva. the driver came and then she got in his car. after starting the trip the driver asked the destination, after knowing the destination he started arguing with her. and then he forcefully told her to get down from his vehicle as he didn't want to go there. he dropped her again on same location in less than * min. and uber charged me rs. **.** for this trip which was cancelled by driver. this is my sincere request to uber to permanently ban this type of drivers from using uber brand. please take strict action against such driver. after this accident i have completely lost trust on uber services, because i was of the opinion that uber is the safest travel for womans. please refund me the unfair charges incurred by the driver.
