Shadowfax - Rude behaviour of courier boy

First of all because of Shadowfax my parcel was delayed . I am fed-up with this company. When the delayed parcel was on the way for delivery, I was not available at home and I told him nicely to deliver parcel tomorrow but he denied and talked rudely and disconnected the call.
