Zomato - Rude and Aggressive behavior of Zomato Delivery Guy

Pritish Dharmendra Shah filed complaint against Zomato on Aug 28, 2021

I am a hotel owner in Bhuj, and a delivery guy named Abhubhakar Vira, trespassed my property by disobeying our house rules of delivering parcels at reception only. Not only he disobeyed this simple rule but he misbehaved with my manager and insulted him. I would urge you to take strict action against this person named Abhubhukar Vira.

Remember that many other delivery guys from Swiggy and Zomato have delivered their parcels in the past and all of them have followed this simple but important rule, except for this guy.

I sincerely hope that you will take action against this ill-mannered guy.
