Royal Oak Furnitures - Royal Oak Not Refunding

I purchased an recliner from the Royal Oak website. Unfortunately the credit card transaction was failed. However my credit card was charged with ***** rupees. When I contacted them, they said, they will refund the amount by email and whats App. But every time they are saying they have an internal approval process and they are deliberately delaying and not refunding my money. It's been one month and they have an intention not to refund my money. All the evidence, I am attaching as a word document.
