Hathway Hyderabad - Router not installed

We have taken hathway internet connection for three months with *g Router for **** Rs on jan *th ****.the agent gave the connection and told us next day he will install *G Router. As promised he didn't turn UP. And we called him he didn't answer our calls. If we call from a new number he is Answering ans telling us cock n Bull stories like I AM on leave,in meeting etc and hung UP the call before ending the conversation which is arrogant behaviour towards customer and which is not acceptable.
