Hathway Hyderabad - Repeated unwanted calls from Hathway forcing me to take broadband connection

Ever since, I disconnected Hathway broadband service in June, ****, I have started receiving a number of telegram calls from Hathway. I tell them every day that I am not interested to take connection, but still they are not stopping. They are literally harassing every day with calls.
Would like to take someone to regulate this situation. Service providers should understand customer mobile number is for their personal use, not for the provider's promotional activity.
Please do the needful.
