I'm having Hathway broadband connection since last * years,

Ij the Nov month my previous recharge plan deactivated, one of the hathway billing team agent called me on **-**-**** for recharge and suggested **** rs as Quaterly plan with **MBps plan *+*months plan. After two to three times confirming from agent completed payment in the presence of agent call guidance link provided by them.
As per the committed plan expiry should be mar-**, but plan was deactivated in **-**-****.
From **th Feb onwards I'm writing mails and raising tickets still they not resolved the issue.
Helpdesk persons calling me, you are not eligible for *+* plan that's why plan deactivated.
You can contact billing team of Chennai through mail only no contact number available.
Eventhough I tried to send *-* mails, but there is no response from team.
I have a call recording of the conversation between agent me on the recharge done **-**-****.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
