I have used hathway internet in hyderabad location. After my job got relocated...I have shifted from hyderabad to andhrapradesh...before shifting i tried to reach hathway customer support but didnt got proper response from them for collection of there wifi router. Now after *months they sent me email threatening that to return wifi router. Before taking wifi connection from them they said it is free of cost but now they changed it.
Not only me my friends faced this harrasement after disconnection of hathway internet..
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
