I pre-booked * rooms for * adults in Renaissance Guest House, Mayapur, West Bengal on **th December, **** for **-** December, ****.
But there were no contact information of the hotel in Agoda website as well as in Google. Moreover when I reached the hotel with my family members, hotel owner refused to give room, not even let us enter the hotel but also misbehaved without any reason. ₹**** got deducted from my account at the time of booking and also me and my family members suffered due this highly unprofessional behaviour of both the Guest House and Agoda website.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
