I booked a room through Agoda on *th August in mumbai by paying Rs ****/- through my google pay. UPI transaction ID:- ************
When i contacted the hotel, they told me that they were totally sold out and they dont know how agoda is still showing the vacancy of rooms of their Hotel. So i did not get to stay in the hotel i havd paid for due to this. Therefore i want my refund back
