I had booked my room with Oyo when I was going on my vacation to goa and once I almost reached the property I got a call saying my room is cancelled and they suggested me another room so I went to that room they denied to give me a room and said Oyo don’t pay them so they will only give me the rooms directly the issue was I had aldready paid Oyo and they were giving no response for * hours I had to stand in the road and finally speaking to many representatives and Oyo captain they booked me a room in an other property and I get a message stating they have booked in Bangalore instead of goa again I had to speak to them and they gave me a room when I went there the captain dint pick the call as Oyo representatives and I was calling and the security was very rude and asked us to get out and we waited in the road late night without a room and they finally agreed to give me the money back but screwed my whole holiday
