OYO Rooms - Rooms confirmed but denied check-in

On ** PM, ** December ****, I had booked a hotel room in Oyo in Mahipalpur( Oyo **** Hotel Grand Shobha) and I was denied check-in once I reached the hotel. Upon calling the customer service, they simply booked another hotel that they assured had room and once I reached there I was denied check-in there too ( Oyo ***** Hotel City Lite). Till * AM I had to plead and beg the customer experience manager( Anshul Agarwal) to resolve the issue but they simply washed their hands off stating they can't help me. After roaming in biting cold, I got a room in an Oyo property itself and was charged **** for * hour stay.
