I booked the room in shirdi India for stay due to business trip and they did not allot me the room stating that nothing is available and further not responding at mails properly and not refunding the money

My Booking was confirmed but hotel staff did not allow me inside the room. I showed the invoice than to I was not allowed. And they did not confirm my booking saying email was not received from Agoda.
