We have booked a room at Exotica Suvarna Samudra resort, near Dapoli. When we reached the venue, the room was not ready for check-in. We had to wait for approximately half an hour. The facilities mentioned on the agoda site such as hot tub, toiletries, Wine glasses, Hand sanitizer, Mini bar etc are not present in the room.
When we went for lunch, the waiters told us to order the food at once as the restaurant closes at *pm. The fact is, we were late because of the delayed check-in by the resort. Ordered food took forever to reach the table. The wash basin near lunch area did not even have hand sanitizer. Also, there was no valet parking service available.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
