I made booking for manor back water resort kumarakom via OYO app. first time i opted to make payment at hotel as i don't believe oyo and online transcation and i got booking confirmation and was aked by oyo to make payment at hotel .but the hotel reception told they didnt get my booking from oyo so you have to either cancal that booking make booking by paying online using card or go for the offline personal booking which cost double ammount . as i dont want to spend double ammount i just made payment as my first booking the hotel guy told he didnt got any confirmation so asked me to cancel which i did and later made booking with online payment he then also told he didnt got the confirmation but i got the same and i was denied room and i was forced to take offline room which i didnt and he told there must be some problem with oyo app hence you can cancel the booking for refund which i did oyo cheated me and now oyo took the booking ammount as cancellation charge .i was denied room saying problem with the app and denied room .

I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
