Dear sir/ Madam,
Today i have booked a capital O **** Hotel jaipur Queen in jaipur city via Agoda app.
And i have already paid for this booking but at the time of checking hotel management denied to accept this booking because of booked through agoda app. we are facing very difficult situation becuase I m with my family( *.* year son) and we are come from delhi. but due to this booking we are suffering from facing issues in other hotels.
Kindly help us to refund my amount.

My Booking was confirmed but hotel staff did not allow me inside the room. I showed the invoice than to I was not allowed. And they did not confirm my booking saying email was not received from Agoda.
