OYO Rooms - Room booked through Oyo at 2 am Due to fire in our building but on arrival to property they did not

My building caught fire at night. We were not allowed access to our home, hence I booked an Oyo room at night. I was with my parents both are senior citizen. Oyo confirmed my booking and I called hotel manager, he confirmed my booking too. I have call recording of both the calls. But when I arrived at hotel, he denied to give me room saying they are sold out. At * am I was left with no option but to look for other hotels nearby and not to rely on Oyo once more. We were already in panic and this mismanagement added pain to our sorrow.
