I booked ola cab from my residence sector ** Rohini to Shivaji Park Metro station on **/**/**** from my registered mobile number ********** mail id gagan.chaudhary@icloud.com. I ride was showing that driver will reach you in ** minutes. Suddenly I got a call from driver that I am coming and tell me where you want to go and status of car showing Cab has arrived. Then after waiting for another half an hour no cab arrived and status showing trip cancelled. It is totally unprofessional behaviour of driver and I request your good self to cancel permit of such irresponsible drivers . Due to this irresponsible behaviour I had to incur *** rupees with a delay of * hours.
