Today morning i booked ride from home to office after booked the ride captain asked me to pay extra money for the ride which i denied to pay. After few minutes captain reached my location to pickup me, when I was sat in the cab captain asked me to get down the cab because he got another ride because of this incident i lot my important financial commitment. So i want put complaint against the Rapido
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
