The driver of OLA has been late ... Since we called the driver... He said then cancel the ride..... For this the OLA app charged me fees ** ruppes... Since due to unsatisfactory of the situation I suddenly uninstalled and not using the app for long days since one of my friend told u can call customer care of OLA... Since I called them they made a reply u should pay the ** ruppes for the cancellation of ride...even I explained them about the instance they said cancelled ride may charge ** ruppes
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
