VAISHALI GOHIL filed complaint against Brand factory online shopping on Jan 9, 2020
I placed order for lee cooper jeans on ** september **** i received product very late on ** october **** the size was bigger and also it was not looking original so i made request for refund i received an email that reverse pick up will be done within *-* days but it didn't so i started calling to customer care and writing an email but all the time i was getting email that we have receive your query and it will be sorted out soon. now finally they have sent me email that we are cancelling the reverse pick up on my confirmation i am really very very very disappointed with brand factory. my money, time and energy wasted a lot behind i had worst ever experience with brand factory. this is was not only enough i bought lee cooper t-shirt it was literally duplicate i hardly wore it once and the print and color got fade, thread came outside, brand tag torned...I strongly recommend not to buy anything from brand factory.
