With reference to my subject order
no. ****** dated **st September ****, it is to inform you
that, it was mentioned in the item while putting order as 'Suit Set', but I have
received only Tops that too the quality of the material is not matching as per the
image displayed in the online shopping portal.
Hence, I put return of the order except one set of IMARA which was of average
quality, but to my surprise the courier guy denied my return item by specifying that
the code on the tag is not matching with their item. The box what I received on **.**.**** is kept as it is after checking the quality and missing parts and I don't understand why pick up of return of the items was denied by your courier persons
on the very next day i. e on **.**.**** followed by ** & **th of september **** by telling that barcodes are not matching despite the tags being attached to the dresses as it is.
Kindly look into the matter and arrange for the pick up of the return items without
any further delay and refund my amount.
