I have placed an order and it is delivered to me. But I want to return two items from the three I get. In related to this, I placed an online request for return through Brand Factory Mobile Application on August **, ****.
In related to this I got two reference no
Pic is attached for your kind reference.
But till now, return package is not picked up.
In connection to this, I also email them two time sending reminder and all. But no reply from Brand Factory side till date.
It's been ** days from my return request placed.
Kindly look into this and do the needful.
