Smriti Dihingia filed complaint against Myntra and Ekart Logistics on Dec 19, 2020
I had ordered some garments in Myntra and out of those I found three items having the following problem:
*. One Product (Campus Sutra shirt) I had ordered a Full sleeve Tshirt but received a different item which was a short sleeved T shirt
*. One Harpa Dress and One The Indian Garage Co. Jacket had size issues as the sizes ordered did not fit properly.
So, I raised a “Return” in Myntra for the three items on ** Nov **** and accordingly got a feedback from Myntra that my Returns have been approved and the items will be picked up from my address soon.
But although ** days have passed since I raised the Returns, the items have not been picked up. I have given several messages to Myntra and also talked with several of their Customer Service people on several days. Everytime I am given the reply that my issue is being “proactively” looked into and an update will be given within ** hours to ** hours, but even after several of these deadlines have passed, neither have I been given an update nor have my items been picked up. I also requested to talk to a senior official several times but this request of mine had also not been acceded to. Their Courier partner Ekart once contacted me in the first week of Dec that my item will be picked up the next day, but thereafter there had been no response.
Yesterday (** Dec ****), I got an sms from at **.** AM and **.** AM that my Returns will be picked up by * PM yesterday. But no one contacted me or came to my address for Picking up the items. But at **:** AM I get an sms from Myntra that my Pick up has failed. When I called Myntra asking for the reason when no one has contacted me or come to my address for picking up the items, they could not give any reply or reason. Then at **:** I get an sms from Ekart citing that my Pickup has been cancelled as I have decided to keep the items, which is a blatant lie as no one from Ekart has come to my address to pick up the items and I have not said anywhere that I will keep the items. Thereafter, on contacting Ekart, they said they will pick it up by this morning but till now the items have not been picked up. Also, when I tried to contact Ekart again, their automated number did not let my call pass through.
So, please look into the matter so that my three items are immediately picked up without any delay. And even if they can pick up, I want a refund of the value of the items immediately.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.

Myntra Delivery boy didn’t come up for exchange product delivery rather it just shows exchange on hold as tag is missing from the product but tag is still present on the product.
