Had a very bad experience. This people refused my money for * of the tshirts. I ordered * tshirts and returned * out of them. But got refund for only *. This people kept on saying I will get a call after **hrs but never called till around * week. Today when I asked to escalate the issue, a senior subject matter expert called me and said you need to give a proof that I have returned them the tshirts and my phone was cut off after that. She didn't even listen to me completely.
They asked me if I am having any proof in the form of videos of handing the products to the courier partner. In general no one knows that such things could happen hence no one records videos.
I was told that I should have returned the packed packet rather than open one. The courier person checks whether correct number of products are there in the packet so we definitely have to give them open packet.
They have completely refused to return ***rs and have unnecessarily created a mental stress for the last few days.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
