I have ordered one clothing suit for my wife but the same is not delivered to me inspite of regular follow up with the company and their courier partner. Whenever I call them they say we require ** hours more but does not deliver the product. The courier company guys are saying today we Will ship but never delivered the product. I sought for refund but they said we Will refund Only if courier company send us the parcel back. They are making excuse of incomplete address however I registered on their website with complete address along with pin code.
I am attaching order copy along with voice recording of courier guy and screen shot of my complete address on company's website.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
