I ordered three items at cilory n and I return all three due to Size issue. I got an email and received only one amount back and rest two Sweat T-shirts amount they are not returning back saying that I have sended wrong size back. I had ordered one medium size and one Xl size but I received both L size . They are saying that you had returned large size how can I return large size when I ordered medium and extra large. Do I have sizes at home to return them with their tags on it.. they are saying that both tags are large so switch obvious what I received I will return that only and now they are refusing to return my amount back
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
