I have placed an order in CILORY worth Rs.**** on **th October,****. And from the tracking details, it seems they have shipped my order on Oct **,**** through DTDC courier with the tracking number *X*******. The address I've given on CILORY and the address they are supposed to deliver is in CHENNAI,TAMILNADU. But on Oct **,****, the package got redirected to Bangalore. And from NOV *,**** till today (NOV *,****), they are attempting to deliver at a completely wrong location HENNUR,BANGALORE and updating it as "wrong address" in the tracker. Though I brought this to the attention of CILORY through chat,mails,calls,whatsapp, their poor customer care representative keeps repeating that my order will be delivered WITHIN **-**HRS like some battery operated puppet and don't seem to acknowledge the issue or provide a satisfactory response. And they don't acknowledge my cancellation request either. Now all I need is the REFUND of Rs.**** from CILORY.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
