amazon India - Returned Item is not picked up yet

SIR,
I BOUGHT LG *.* kg Semi-Automatic Top Loading Washing Machine (P****R*SA, Burgundy) FROM YOU BUT THIS IS NOT THE PRODUCT I ORDERED. IT IS MISSING SOME IMPORTANT PARTS SUCH AS FILTER AND OTHERS. SO I have made a return request and amazon had accepted the same but afterwards they sent me a mail to send the item myself. HOW CAN I? after studying and experiencing Amazon India, I found following blunders:
*. it had CHEATED ME BY PROVIDING DIFFERNT PRODUCT and committed crime under section *** of Indian penal code
*. AFTER MANY REQUESTS, THER ARE NOT PICKING UP THE ITEM OF THE RETURN REQUEST, IT IS MERE LETHARGY.
*. THEY ARE DELIBERATELY DOING THIS TO MAKE THE REFUND LATE.
