I returned a watch I purchased off of the platform - Flipkart. It was returned in the stipulated return timeline. The product was of poor quality. The delivery person accepted the return and the watch is now in the custody of the Flipkart team. It's been a week and the team hasn't processed a refund. Both the money and the product is in the custody of the seller. The product was exorbitantly expensive, and I am losing my mental peace.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
