I am writing to bring to your attention an unresolved issue regarding my return for Order ID: FN**********.
The return pickup for the above-mentioned order was completed on *th October at *:** PM, and I had provided the OTP to the pickup agent at that time. However, I did not receive any confirmation message or update after the pickup. Moreover, the AJIO app still shows the return status as "failed", even though the product has already been collected.
I have contacted your customer care team multiple times regarding this issue, and each time I was assured that the refund would be processed within ** hours. Unfortunately, no refund has been initiated so far.
Additionally, I contacted the pickup agent, who claimed the pickup was completed from his end, but he responded in an unprofessional and aggressive manner.
I request you to kindly look into this matter urgently and process my refund at the earliest. Please consider this issue as a priority, as the product has already been returned and I have been waiting for the refund for several days now.
