Nykaa - return was not picked up and refund was not given

I had requested for return of * products that I ordered from the Nykaa e-commerce platform. I asked for the return of the order on **.**.****. The color of the lip shade as shown in the image was not matching the actual shade when I checked it. Hence I requested for return from my house in Dhenkanal, Odisha. It has been many days since there is no response from their side. They are saying they will raise a complaint but it has no effect. I informed them about the problem if it is not returned within some time but they were not able to give a guarantee that it will be returned. I was in need of the * lipstick was there was an event where I was invited. this is not expected from such a huge platform. Kindly take immediate steps regarding it.
