Savana - Return unsuccessful due to absence of tag during delivery

They refused to pickup products for return coz out of *, tags were missing from * Tshirts. It was a pack of *. I told delivery person that tags were missing from * and was on only one Tshirt when it was delivered. But he said he doesn't care.
I tried contacting customer service but they give same robotic reply everytime as if it is AI generated. They said that they don't dispatch without tags. I asked for the proofs but they have none. So now I'm stuck with their product coz they didn't provide tag and asking me to provide tag. Looks like this is all well planned and they are aware about it but they purposely have no contact details on their platform. I've raised return query within ** hrs of receiving. Also they delivered it too late as if these items were not available at their warehouse.
