Savana - Refund issue i need my refund

I purchased a top fitting belted puff sleeve placket blouse from Savana, which was successfully delivered to my place at Kalyanpur, Khowai, Tripura. After receiving it, I didn’t like the quality and decided to return it, so I requested a refund from Savana. The delivery boy successfully picked up the return product from me on ** sept ****]. However, just **–** minutes after handing over the product, I received a message saying that the return had failed. I was shocked, so I immediately called the delivery boy, and he confirmed that he had already sent the parcel back to the company. I then complained to the Savana team, but they did nothing to help me get my refund. I also provided them with all the necessary proof, yet their customer support kept repeating the same responses, asking me to wait, without taking any real initiative. This has been very frustrating, and it feels like Savana is scamming its customers.
