Savana - One of the item wasn t received

I received my order on **th September,**** in which I ordered tie up pullover tshirt,a handbag,a fake belly piercing ,out of which I didn't receive the fake belly piercing.I reached out to the savana help centre but I had to wait alot in the queue and then the team reached me through email just to say that the items have been delivered and they can't proceed with my requests and my ticket was closed .I reopened it just to write the same problem but wasn't assisted properly and I kept getting the same emails which almost felt like ai generated .
